Bitwards is an Access Technology Company providing a global platform for access control in buildings and real estate.

We are trusted partners of many small/mid-size companies, the biggest Universities and government-owned organizations in Finland. Our network includes international resellers such as Stanley Security, Securitas, Certego, G4S.

We are currently building a world-class team to serve our customers globally. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take responsibility in the commercialization of the Bitwards Access Platform.

You are passionate about building innovative cloud services and mobile applications that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional team members to design, build and launch products and services that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the existing service portfolio based on customer experience and needs.
  • Identify and fill product gaps in the service features and generate new ideas that drive growth.
  • Improve customer experience of the Bitwards services
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Communicate market needs to R&D
  • Drive new releases and product launches together with communications, marketing and sales teams.
  • Ensure up-to-date and relevant product documentation
  • Train customers and resellers together with the sales team
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding for the Bitwards Platform
  • Represent the company by proactively interacting with customers to solicit feedback on company products and service

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, product management, or technical support management
  • Solid commercial understanding of SaaS services and lifecycle management
  • Skills for developing product and marketing strategies and the ability to communicate them to different stakeholders
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Finnish/Swedish preferred.
  • Experience from security or access control technology industry preferred
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Economics or equivalent preferred
